Our shipping method is through Australia post. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched and you will be able to track the status of your parcel through Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. Your goods will be shipped in 1 - 2 business days form purchase of goods. Please allow up to two weeks for your goods to arrive. It is your responsibility to follow up, track and receive your goods. If goods have not being received after 2 to 3 weeks please contact us and at our discretion we may help you out, outside of this period however we do not take responsibility for your lack of responsibility.  

We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If items ordered through our web store are no longer available CHUTE 9 will arrange a full refund or offer an exchange. 

If you do not require postage and would like to collect your products we are happy to arrange pick up, please specify at check out.
