If you would like to return or exchange your jeans, firstly make sure they are free of any marks, stains and dust. Especially around the hems of your jeans! Then contact us via email admin@chute9.com.au and let myself know what size you would like to exchange them for, or if you would like a refund.

I will be in touch once they arrive to organise your exchange or refund. No need to send tracking details, however it's good idea to keep a record of it until the jeans arrive to me just in case.

Step 3

Once your jeans arrive, I will inspect jeans and then I will get in contact with you to organise your request.

Your jeans will either be exchanged and posted back out to you and you will receive tracking details, or your refund will be processed and you will be notified of this.

For sustainability reason, where I can exchanges will be sent out in recycled/ used mail bags.
