PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern all preorder sales of CHUTE 9 Jeans. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pre-Order Process

- To pre-order the Product, you must provide all necessary information accurately, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment details. 

- Pre-orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any pre-order for any reason at any time.

Pre-Order Payment

- You will be required to pay the full pre-order amount at the time of placing the pre-order, unless otherwise stated by the Seller. 

- All pre-order payments are refunded through our returns policy, available on CHUTE 9 website https://chute9.com.au/returns

Product Availability

- The estimated shipping or delivery date for the Product is provided for your convenience only and is subject to change. 

- The Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-orders by the estimated shipping or delivery date, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund

-You may cancel your pre-order and request a refund at any time before the Product is shipped or delivered.

-To cancel your pre-order and request a refund, you must contact the Seller directly and provide your order details.

If the Seller cancels your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the pre-order amount.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, but the exact timing may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Product Specifications

-The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Product specifications, including size measurements, colour, and design, are accurately described

-However, the actual Product may vary slightly from the specifications due to manufacturing processes or other factors beyond the Seller's control.

Limitation of Liability

-To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the pre-order or purchase of the Product.

-In no event shall the Seller's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the pre-order.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Competition and Consumer Act 2010  

Amendments

-The Seller reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

-Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website.

By placing a pre-order for the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not place a pre-order for the Product.
