Return Policy

You can return or change any full priced item to CHUTE 9 within 14 days of receiving your full priced item, to be eligible for a refund if the goods are in their original state and compliance tag/s remain intact and in place. Items must not be worn, damaged or washed and in a saleable condition. Return requests outside 14 days are at the discretion of CHUTE 9. We do not refund or exchange any goods that are not returned in this order.  We do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs.

We will provide you with a full refund at our discretion for items that are proven faulty before shipment. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. 

Please email to request a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without being approved. Please contact us for a confirmation of a return postal address on email admin@chute9.com.au . CHUTE 9 is not liable for the loss or damage of products in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
