Preorders on Jeans
These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop.
Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in purchasing the product.
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.
Information
- Full payment is required when processing a pre order.
- Once your order is received you will receive your confirmation via email
- Estimated time of Arrival is 3 weeks between date of preorder and arrival of stock.
- Shipping of items will be undertaken as soon as product is back in stock and orders will be processed according to time of order placement.
- Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.
- It is very important that you understand that there is a potential that your order cannot be fulfilled due to many factors outside of my control. In this case you will be refunded for 100% of your order including postage.
The following Terms and Conditions govern all preorder sales of CHUTE 9 Jeans. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- All pre-order payments are refunded through our returns policy, available on CHUTE 9 website at Returns and Exchanges.

- The Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-orders by the estimated shipping or delivery date, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
