Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  

Return Condition:

• Jeans must have their tags attached.
  
• They must be free from marks, stains, or dust, including around the hems.
  

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  

Exchanges:

• If you’re exchanging your jeans, Chute 9 will cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement item.
  

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Submit a return or exchange request using our online form.
   
2. Follow the instructions provided to send your jeans back to us.
   
3. Once we receive your jeans and confirm they meet the return criteria, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange.
