Make sure your jeans have their tags attached and are free of marks, stains, or dust, especially around the hems. If your jeans meet these criteria, you may proceed to submit a request using our online form below.

No need to send tracking details, but it’s a good idea to keep a record until your jeans arrive.
We’ll Take Care of the Rest
Once your jeans arrive, we’ll inspect them and get in touch to organise your exchange or refund.
Exchange: Your new jeans will be sent back to you, and we’ll provide tracking details.
Refund
Your payment will be processed, and you’ll be notified once complete.
For sustainability, exchanges are sent in recycled or reused packaging wherever possible.
